Base Hourly Rate
For customers without a service contract, we have a base hourly rate.
We review the base hourly rate annually.
March 1, 2020: $119 per hour
March 1, 2021: $140 per hour
Customers with service contracts pay less for hours included in their contracts.

Service Plans & Monthly Services
Most Weehooey customers are on one of our service plans and purchase additional services on a monthly basis. Service plans provide a predictable, affordable spend on IT services and ensure your systems are always in top shape.
For example, a company with five computer users, a basic file server, system monitoring, automated system patching, monitored antivirus, monitored server backup with cloud storage, and a couple hours of service each month, could expect to pay around $350 per month.
A New Computer
When buying a computer, people tend to only look at the “sticker” price but forget about things like additional memory, monitors, environmental fees, monitors (usually two for most business applications), power bars, antivirus, and warranties. Many upgrades/add-ons also make sense for business computers like faster storage, webcams, headsets, wireless keyboards/mice and Microsoft Office. Delivery and setup also need to be included.
For a basic computer in a tight budget, plan for a minimum $1,000 per workstation. For a solid business computer with the most common options, you are around $2,000 per workstation. For an exact number, give us a call.
Business Phones
Our business phone systems have simple pricing. The price is per extension and each extension comes with a phone line and free long distance for most of Canada and the US.
For 1 - 5 extensions, which includes all long distance, and a phone number for each extension, it is $27 per month per extension. Prices for 6+ extensions are lower. If you keep the extension for six months, the desk phone is included. Phone, line, and phone system for less than what you would pay for a traditional phone line with no phone and certainly no phone system.
Backup Your Computer
Backing up your computer does not need to be expensive. Basic plans for file backups start at less than $4 per month per computer. If you need whole computer backup (eg for servers and critical workstations), plans are around $10 per month per computer plus the extra cloud storage.
Antivirus Protection
Our monitored antivirus is an affordable $3.19 per desktop or laptop computer per month. Add or get rid of a computer, no problem, your next monthly invoice will get adjusted to reflect the change.
G Suite (formerly Google Apps for Work)
Weehooey is an authorized G Suite reseller. Our pricing is exactly the same as Google. We charge for services that Google does not provide like deployment and customization.
